PRESENTATIONS ARTEMIS COORDINATORS' DAY 6th December 2012, Brussels
| Presentation package from the Project Coordinators Information Day 2012 : Coordinators Information Day 2012 Presentatio |
The ARTEMIS-JU Office is located in the Southern part of Brussels (Brussel Zuid/Midi) in the 'White Atrium' building. The White Atrium is close to a mainline train station and to the Metro. All International trains and most from stations in Belgium arrive at Gare du Midi / Zuidstation. From there, take a metro, line 2 or 6 direction Simonis (Elisabeth) and get off at Louise/Louiza - exit Avenue de la Toison d'Or. It's a very short walk from there to the White Atrium building.
To help make your stay in Brussels a pleasant one, the 'Hospitality Pack' contains some information about amenities in the area of the office, as well as suggestions for some places to eat of an evening.

Before the JU can make payments, we need to be able to identify the receiving party and be sure that the bank account details are correct. Partners in an ARTEMIS-JU project will already have provided this information at the time the contracts were made. However, some partners change their status over time (name, ownership, bank-account, ...), or new partners may come along. In these cases, as well as acceding to the JU Grant Agreement, their "legal entity" and bank account details need to be made known to the JU. The best way to do this is by means of the Legal_Entity_and_Bank_Account_forms.zip - download them, fill them in, print them out, sign them and post them back to the ARTEMIS-JU. Note that you'll need to attach a copy of the company registration at the relevant Chamber of Commerce and, if there is no official stamp from the bank on the BAF, a copy of a recent bank statement showing the company name and the bank account number. These files are in English, but versions in other languages can be downloaded from here:

We've had a number of questions concerning the use of the ARTEMIS logo on project documents. In general, we ask that public documents (flyers, brochures, web-sites, ...) show the ARTEMIS logo and - as we are an initiative funded partly by the EC - also the European flag.
A suggested "boiler-plate" text for project documents can be downloaded here: boiler-plate for ARTEMIS Projects
A ZIP archive with the ARTEMIS Logo in various formats is here: ARTEMIS logos
and a ZIP file with the EU flag in various formats is here: EU_Flags.zip
These guidlines should prove very useful when running and/or participating in an ARTEMIS-JU project.

Model JU Grant Agreement - with the signing of National Grant Agreements for the Call 2009 projects now under way, the next step will be for the Project coordinators to establish a similar Grant Agreement with the Joint Undertaking. A Model Grant Agreement can be found here: ARTEMIS-GB-30-08_Model_GA.pdf. In the annexes, you can find the "FORM A3" - the "Accession Form" that needs to be signed by all partners in the project (one A3 per partner, except the coordinator).
Consortia must also conclude a "Project Consortium Agreement", or PCA. This agreement is between the project participants only - your National Funding Authority or the ARTEMIS-JU are not involved. As this must describe such things as IP rights, it can get quite complicated, so ARTEMISIA have developed such a PCA, which can be used by ARTEMIS projects. It is available from http://www.artemis-ia.eu/apca_v10.
